We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Finance Analyst to join our team within London Divisional Finance hub, at our Brentwood office. As our Assistant Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in the Finance team by supporting the preparation of the monthly management accounts, associated journals and reporting. More about the Assistant Finance Analyst role
- Assisting Finance Analyst with month-end process for Regional/Joint Venture/Joint Collaboration ledgers, including posting of Banking/Sales Invoices/Journals and maintenance of balance sheet reconciliations
- Ownership of the division's banking and raising of sales invoices, including credit control duties to ensure timely recovery of cash
- Support other senior members of the finance team with the Division's month end as required
- Assist the Regional Finance Function with the preparation of the monthly management packs/Board Pack/weekly cashflow forecast and other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Assist the Regional operational teams with ad-hoc finance queries
- Assist in the Half-Year and Full-Year audit, including preparation of audit deliverables and communication with auditors
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Ad-hoc project work to improve the Division's current systems and processes
- Other ad hoc duties as required
