We have an exciting opportunity for an ERP Systems Analyst to join our IT team within Vistry Services. As our ERP Systems Analyst, you will provide day to day 2nd line support, administration and configuration on our ERP (COINS); ensuring that support queries are actioned or escalated in a timely manner. You will proactively monitor system performance, carry out configuration changes and data fixes as required, and provide technical assistance and support to COINS projects and Business Stakeholders.

More about the ERP Systems Analyst role:
- Support: Receive and manage internal user systems support requests from IT Service Desk, ensure business processes are adhered to by end users, provide consistent and robust communication to all users in respect to business and system processes, provide support to both internal and external customers using our platforms, maintain a log of the support calls and progress the resolution of the calls, resolve requests where possible or escalate to 3rd party suppliers as appropriate, report on the performance of the internal Vistry Group Business Systems, answer basic how-to questions on processes in COINS, escalate patterns in support to enable fixes to be developed.
- Environments: Control access to environments by 3rd party support and consultants, document any work or changes that are made to any environments.
- Testing & Service Packs: Periodically assist in testing as required.
- Administration & Security: Maintain user groups which control user access by role, set up and maintain user access and other security features, highlight when end users require training.
- Development & Reports: Oversee testing and implementation of any new functionality, create and develop reports within COINS as and when requested by the business, liaise with the report developers, control the application and testing of new reports, provide ad-hoc data extracts and reports as and when required.
- Project work: Actively participate in COINS related projects. This may involve running projects or meetings. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on process, problem resolutions, and other procedures. Assist System Support team with queries.
