As our Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will assist in the delivery of our growing development pipeline in this area. Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor assist the commercial delivery of these residential development schemes. You will assist the Surveying department with cost management for these projects from procurement to the completion of sub-contract final accounts. This is a key role, and the successful candidate will have worked in a similar level role for a main contractor or developer within the region.
