We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional. Reporting to the President, Vistra Fund Services the role can be based in London, Luxembourg or Netherlands and will have regional coverage enabling you to make a significant impact on our funds business. The role will be responsible for client revenue growth: capturing and retaining profitable revenue to drive engagement, growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Local Market Leadership (EME – Fund Solutions) Lead and energise the EME Fund Solutions market and service delivery teams creating a high-performance, accountable culture focused on client delivery, growth, and operational excellence. Act as the senior market leader representing Vistra Fund Solutions locally—building a strong market presence with clients, regulators, and industry bodies. Ensure teams are aligned to Vistra’s values, transformation agenda, and commercial priorities, with clear focus on productivity, cost discipline, and scalable operations.
  • Market Expertise (Funds & Alternatives) Provide deep, expert insight on EME funds markets (including private equity, real assets, infrastructure, and credit market services), with a strong understanding of evolving regulatory frameworks (e.g. AIFMD, substance requirements, ESG, AML). Translate these developments into actionable guidance for Sales, Product, and Client Delivery teams to ensure Vistra remains competitive, compliant, and differentiated in client propositions.
  • Strategic Alignment & Execution Translate Global and Regional Fund Solutions strategies and GTM priorities into clear, executable market-level plans. Ensure alignment between commercial objectives, operational delivery capability, and financial targets. Drive disciplined execution through structured 90-day action plans with clear KPIs (growth, margin, cost ratios, client satisfaction), ensuring visibility and accountability at market level.
  • Growth & Opportunity Identification Proactively identify new growth opportunities across EME Fund Solutions—new products, new client segments, jurisdictional expansion, and cross-selling opportunities across Vistra’s broader service offering (e.g. corporate services, compliance, capital markets). Leverage local market insights to shape product development and GTM priorities, ensuring solutions meet evolving client and investor needs.
  • Operational Excellence & Transformation Drive the evolution of a cost-effective, scalable, and client-centric operating model across EME Fund Solutions. Partner with Global Service Centres (e.g. Mauritius, India) and regional hubs to optimise delivery models, improve utilisation, and reduce cost-to-serve while maintaining quality and risk standards. Champion process standardisation, digital enablement and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, turnaround times, and client experience.
  • Pricing & Commercial Discipline Ensure that pricing strategies are consistently applied across EME Fund Solutions, balancing competitiveness with margin protection. Drive pricing discipline through governance and transparency, ensuring alignment with approved pricing frameworks. Support complex deal structuring, ensuring commercial terms reflect the true cost of delivery and long-term value creation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the critical connector between Sales, Product, Operations (Practice), and Client Management teams. Ensure seamless collaboration to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions. Align front-office growth ambitions with back-office operational capability, ensuring that commitments made to clients are deliverable, scalable, and profitable.
  • GTM Strategy Implementation Lead the execution of the Fund Solutions GTM strategy across EME. Monitor performance rigorously against defined metrics, course-correct where needed, and ensure consistent deployment of sales methodologies, sector focus, and client segmentation strategies.
  • Client Solutioning & Retention Lead the development of tailored, high-quality client solutions across the funds lifecycle—from fund formation through to administration and lifecycle events. Ensure solutions are commercially viable, operationally efficient, and aligned to client expectations. Play a key role in strategic client retention, addressing at-risk accounts and strengthening long-term relationships.
  • Sales & Account Management Effectiveness Embed consistent sales and account management disciplines across EME markets. Coach local teams to adopt structured methodologies, improve pipeline quality, increase conversion rates, and deepen client relationships. Ensure a strong focus on key account management, cross-sell, and wallet share growth.
  • Market Advocacy & External Representation Act as a senior ambassador for Vistra Fund Solutions across EME. Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, industry associations, and key clients. Represent Vistra in industry forums, positioning the firm as a trusted partner in the funds ecosystem and strengthening brand credibility.
  • Market Intelligence & Insight-Led Decision Making Develop robust, data-driven market intelligence to inform strategic decisions across Product, Sales, and Operations. Provide regular insights on competitor activity, pricing trends, client behaviour, and regulatory shifts. Ensure insights are translated into tangible actions that enhance competitiveness and client value.
  • Administrative & Governance Accountability Ensure robust management of all country-specific administrative, regulatory, and governance requirements. Maintain strong oversight of legal entities, compliance frameworks, risk controls, and financial management to support sustainable and compliant business growth.
  • Leadership, Capability & Culture Build and develop high-performing local leadership teams across EMEA. Drive clarity of roles, accountability, and performance expectations. Invest in capability building, succession planning, and talent development to ensure sustainable leadership pipelines aligned to Vistra’s long-term growth and transformation agenda.
