We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Partner & Alliance Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of our partner program. This individual will play a critical role in defining the program structure—including benefits, certifications, and engagement rules—while collaborating with Sales and Services teams to drive successful partnerships. The ideal candidate has experience working with system integrators (SIs) of all sizes, understands the intricacies of Sales referral and Services outsourcing partnerships, and possesses strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner Program Development: Design, launch, and manage a structured partner program that includes clear benefits, rules, certifications, and engagement strategies.
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, attract, and onboard new partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, including global firms (Accenture, Deloitte, NTT, TCS) and regional/niche partners, understanding their business models, motivations, and expectations.
- Sales & Services Alignment: Develop and implement strategies for both Sales referral partnerships and Services outsourcing partnerships, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
- Enablement & Engagement: Provide ongoing support, training, and engagement initiatives to maximize partner performance and contribution.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, track partner success, and continuously optimize the program for growth and effectiveness.
- Presentation & Communication: Deliver compelling presentations to partners and internal stakeholders, showcasing the value of partnerships and driving alignment with business objectives.
The compensation for this position varies by location. In the USA (Remote), the base salary range is $155,000 - $180,000 USD. For candidates in Europe, compensation will be determined based on local market standards, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Total compensation may include incentive opportunities such as a discretionary annual bonus.
