Vistex GTMS Sr Functional Consultant will provide functional consulting for implementation of Vistex's cloud offering, Go-to-Market Suite®. Responsibilities include:
- Executing requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, system set up, data loads and testing.
- Supporting the further development of the GTMS product and being an active team member on GTMS customer projects.
- Providing remote consulting services to customers implementing Vistex products and solutions along with some on-site meetings.
- Getting a clear understanding of Vistex software functionality and mapping customer business requirements to the Vistex solution.
- Designing and configuring the system as per business requirements.
- Preparing file templates and uploading data into GTMS system.
- Working with the technical team to design and build interfaces with host system.
- Identifying product and customer-specific project issues and working with product development to resolve them.
- Writing functional specifications for enhancements that have to be done by the technical team.
- Preparing meaningful system demos during the project for the customer.
- Performing quality assurance on the system built for the customer.
- Preparing and providing documentation to the customer for system support.
- Learning and gaining expertise on new and current Vistex products and solution offerings.
