This role offers a unique blend of financial responsibilities and office management tasks, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. While the position includes supporting the smooth running of the office, it is strongly focused on developing skills and experience in financial operations, particularly within accounts receivable and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:- Set up and maintain project records in the ERP system to ensure accurate tracking of project costs, billing schedules, and revenue.
- Review Statements of Work (SOWs), customer purchase orders, and project documentation to verify billing requirements and project financial parameters.
- Prepare client invoices and billing documentation for review and approval by program leaders.
- Ensure revenue is recorded in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate project financial documentation and reporting data within internal systems.
- Provide reporting support and act as a key user of financial data tools for project reporting and analysis.
- Office Administration and Facilities co-ordination tasks such as handling mail, managing supplies, and performing regular walk-throughs to ensure all facilities and equipment are in working order.
- Greeting guests and maintaining communal areas (kitchen and meeting rooms) to keep them clean, stocked, and welcoming.
