How You'll Help Us Connect the World
You bring strong experience in IT, networking, and wireless technologies, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into meaningful business outcomes. You build and maintain trusted relationships up to the executive level, develop a deep understanding of customer needs and align solutions accordingly. You proactively identify and nurture growth opportunities through structured prospecting, networking and account planning, driving execution in collaboration with partners and internal teams to increase win rates. With a solid background in consultative and value-based selling, you navigate complex sales cycles with confidence and discipline. You foster strong channel partnerships, enabling a channel-centric go-to-market approach, while maintaining accurate forecasting, consistent Salesforce hygiene, and a clear focus on KPIs. Highly organized and self-driven, you manage your time effectively and operate with a high level of autonomy.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
- 5+ years of proven track record in sales, technical sales, or a related field.
- Technical proficiency of IP networking and wireless products, software solutions, and service offerings as well as driven offerings.
- A proven self-starter who is open to coaching and mentoring.
- A positive track record of delivering and overachieving revenue goals.
- Experience presenting technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences including C-level executives in small and large group settings.
- Proficient in the understanding of MEDDICC and SFDC forecast methodologies.
- Proficiency in English language.
