The Talent Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting HRIS functionality (primarily iCIMS) while contributing to talent initiatives. This project-focused role also provides hands-on support for talent systems operations, reporting, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and align with business needs.

This role sits within our Talent Acquisition team, and supports all Talent, Learning & Development, and HR teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leading HR projects across Talent Acquisition, Performance, Learning & Development, and Onboarding
  • Collaborating with Product and Project Managers to drive initiatives forward, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all relevant teams
  • Delivering training and guidance to HR users on iCIMS and related HR systems as part of project integrations
  • Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to enhance efficiency in HR and Talent workflows.
  • Providing hands-on support for HR users with system navigation, troubleshooting, and general inquiries relating to iCIMS
  • Collaborate with HR teams to document standard procedures and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Handle data requests and reporting needs, maintaining compliance with data protection policies.
