Vista provides worldwide business flight services and is leading the change in private aviation, offering customers the most advanced flying services and the best value, anytime, anywhere globally. Vista operates a fleet of over 360 aircraft, including light, super mid-size, long-range, and ultra-long-range planes, along with an alliance fleet of over 2,100 aircraft. Our global reach allows point-to-point coverage across any country, from 30 minutes to 17 hours of non-stop flying.

Welcome to the Vista Finance Graduate Program based in Mayfair, London. Our three-year rotational program offers an unparalleled opportunity to explore various finance disciplines while engaging with senior leaders who will mentor and inspire your growth. The program provides opportunities to travel to financial hubs such as the United States and Malta, and to study for professional finance qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA). The goal of the graduate program is to expose you to different areas within finance, shaping you into a future financial leader.

Graduates will have the chance to spend up to 12 months in three of the following six departments:

  • Global Tax: Manages tax risks and compliance across all jurisdictions Vista operates in, including handling tax audits with authorities.
  • Corporate Finance: Drives strategic projects and manages relationships with external stakeholders, providing insights into business performance.
  • Group Finance: Prepares all financial information for the Group, including quarterly reports, financial statements, and compliance documentation.
  • FP&A: Provides decision-makers with financial insights through planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Operational Finance: Oversees finance operations such as Accounts Receivable, billing, and cash collection, working closely with the sales team.
  • Financial Risk & Control: Monitors internal controls and risk management effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Degree qualification.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, enthusiastic, flexible with excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a highly transactional setting.
  • Effective at building and maintaining relationships within teams and departments.
