Job Profile

VistaJet, the global business aviation company, is looking for a Crew Planning Coordinator. Training will take place in Malta with remote working after training.

You will assist the Director of Crew Planning & Scheduling in the overall efficiency of the crew planning / analysis process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Write and oversee crew rosters;
  • Plan all recurrent training on your fleets;
  • Plan all line training and ALCs and record on the training summary database;
  • Provide answers to vacation or other crew requests;
  • Track the \”94 days-off in a year\” periods;
  • Cross check the recurrent expiries each month;
  • Plan and schedule crews to attend on company strategy event per year;
  • Schedule all training on the aircraft.
  • Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • An experienced Crew Planner that is committed to maintaining outstanding levels of customer service – even when under pressure you remain dynamic and flexible;
  • You’re highly determined, a quick learner and able to adopt a lateral approach to problem solving;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English;
  • You’re keen to work with your teammates to do a great job, but also able to work independently when required;
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office and other data processing applications. Experience with “Acrobatico” or other Crew Planning Software would be very beneficial;
  • A working knowledge of EU-OPS Subpart Q would be very beneficial.
