What you'll do

• Lead the product management process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback and market research.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform product decisions.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, gathering feedback to continuously improve product offerings and user satisfaction.
• Create and present product documentation, including business cases, user stories, and specifications, to facilitate effective communication across teams.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, utilizing analytics to assess success and identify areas for enhancement.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product team.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Vistairhr and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go‑to‑market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and market penetration.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decision‑making.
• Advocate for user‑centered design principles, ensuring that user experience is at the forefront of product development efforts.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in the technology or software industry, particularly in SaaS products.
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
