What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of Vistairhr, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Monitor system performance and user adoption, providing training and support to enhance user experience and engagement with Salesforce tools.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce processes, configurations, and integrations to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
  • Utilize data analytics to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and improve go-to-market initiatives.
  • Participate in the development of GTM strategies, leveraging Salesforce data to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features, recommending enhancements that align with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Salesforce and integrated systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure that all systems comply with data protection regulations and organizational policies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Engage in regular meetings with stakeholders to report on project progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and administration (minimum of 3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and how CRM systems support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency in data integration tools and techniques, with experience in APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) is a plus.
  • Understanding of data protection regulations, such as GDPR, and their implications for CRM systems.
