Vistage UK is seeking a Director, Chair Development & Community to lead Chair development and the Speakers Bureau, shaping the member experience across Academy, sessions, awards, and events. You will steer the Chair Enablement program, drive insights from the Chair community, and align sponsorship with strategic growth. You will report to the Managing Director, sit on the UK & Ireland senior leadership team, and travel UK-wide to engage with Chairs, events, and campaigns.
