Role of a Vistage Chair
- Actively seek and recruit members for your peer group.
- Facilitate group discussions and issue processing sessions on business topics.
- Deliver monthly, high impact 1‑2‑1 CEO coaching / executive coaching sessions.
- Maintain an ideal group size of 12‑16 members by delivering great member value.
- Continuously top up your learning with sessions led by world‑renowned authorities.
