We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Commission-Only Salesperson with a hunter mentality to join our growing team. This is a remote role with a focus on generating new business and expanding VistaBee’s presence in the real estate market.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Generate New Business: Actively seek out and establish relationships with real estate agencies, property developers, and other potential clients.
  • Sales Outreach: Use various channels such as cold-calling, networking events, social media, and industry contacts to reach decision-makers and close deals.
  • Client Consultations: Provide in-depth consultations to clients about VistaBee’s services, addressing their needs and explaining the benefits of our visual content solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and converting prospects into customers.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in real estate marketing and identify opportunities to expand VistaBee’s services.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment in messaging and to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications in CRM tools.
