Vista is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to own social planning, governance and execution across all Vista brands — Vista, Vista Jet, XO and Vista America — across every market.

You will facilitate the social content strategy that is directly linked to commercial objectives, lead the content calendar across brands and regions, direct agency and partner delivery, translate commercial priorities into measurable social objectives, and act as a connective thread between brand, commercial, communications and regional teams to build a consistent, luxury brand narrative.

Your Responsibilities

Planning and execution

  • Support the VP of Group & Customer Communications to set and evolve the global social media strategy and brand governance for Vista companies, including Vista Jet, XO and Vista America, ensuring tone-of-voice and content standards are executed against consistently.
  • Translate commercial priorities (sales, Member retention, brand authority, brand awareness and employer brand) into social objectives, KPIs and campaign briefs, and report performance against them.
  • Lead end-to-end content calendar planning across brands and markets, balancing global consistency with local relevance, cultural nuance and market-specific moments.
  • Generate ideas for content, new platform launches and campaigns, working alongside the wider Marketing team and other stakeholders to help these come to life.
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with social media agency — briefing, budget ownership, quality control and performance accountability.
  • Manage organic and always-on apresence across core platforms (Instagram, Linked In, X, Facebook) and emerging channels relevant to a luxury, ultra-high-net-worth audience.

Stakeholder coordination

  • Work closely with the Creative team to brief the creation of assets to support social content.
  • Coordinate paid social with the Digital and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Liaise with the PR team on influencer programs and personalities suited to the ultra-high-net-worth and leading business audiences.
  • Act as a key link between Creative, Communications, Digital, Regional Marketing and Commercial to shape and align messaging.
  • Liaise with other key stakeholders from across the Group to help build effective and on-message content.

Financial and reporting

  • Manage social media budgets, paid social collaboration and agency SOWs/ invoicing.
  • Monitor social listening, competitor activity and industry trends to keep Vista's brands ahead of the curve in luxury and aviation.
  • Measure the impact of social media activity to develop strategies that generate high-quality leads for the Sales team.
  • Ensure brand and tone-of-voice consistency, risk management and crisis-response readiness across all social channels.
  • Support monthly reporting to highlight key achievements, ROI generation and lead generation against KPIs set.
  • Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
  • 5–10 years' social media, with ownership of planning (not just execution), ideally within luxury, hospitality, travel or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record managing and developing social plans across multiple brands and multiple international markets simultaneously.
  • Strong experience briefing, managing and holding external agencies accountable for output and performance.
  • Commercially minded — comfortable linking social activity to pipeline, revenue and brand KPIs, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse internal, global and regional teams.
  • Fluent across core platforms (Instagram, Linked In, XO, Facebook — Tik Tok a plus) and comfortable with social management/ analytics tools.
