The Sales Operations Executive supports both strategic projects and day‑to‑day operational improvements that strengthen the effectiveness and scalability of the global sales organisation. Reporting to the Operations Manager, work closely with the regional Presidents, EVPs, and cross‑functional partners to ensure that sales processes, systems, and insights operate to best‑practice standards across all regions.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support cross‑functional projects that enhance the effectiveness and scalability of global sales operations.
- Support reviewing regional sales data and develop action plans to support the upkeep of that data.
- Work closely with regional Presidents and EVPs to align and successfully deliver strategic projects.
- Support planning, coordination, and communication of project milestones, timelines, and delivery updates.
- Contribute to the rollout of new systems, tools, and process enhancements across global sales teams.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement in day‑to‑day sales processes and workflows.
- Contribute to the development and sharing of process guides, playbooks, and internal communications to drive adoption and engagement.
- Support sales teams by ensuring they have access to the right tools, systems, processes, and operational guidance.
- Support onboarding of sales teams on new tools, systems, and processes.
- Provide day‑to‑day operational and ad‑hoc administrative support as required.
Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
- 2‑3 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Structured, pragmatic, and solution‑oriented approach to problem solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving, and international environment.
- Experience working with CRM platforms or sales tools, Salesforce desirable.
