As a New Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing relationships with current clients via phone/email outreach as well as utilizing a client network to introduce new clients to Vista. Sales Consultants work closely with a regional group of New Business Salespeople to manage and build their book of business while enhancing their sales capabilities. This role is a stepping stone to becoming a Director of Sales and managing your own book of business.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a database of prospects within Vista’s CRM system.
- Book initial meetings for Program prospects with your Sales Vice President, and sell charter flights & XO memberships to new clients.
- Collaborate with regional account management teams to grow your region’s book of business.
- Prepare tailored email cadences and outreach sequences to drive client/prospect interaction.
- Handle incoming calls and email requests from customers.
- Conduct research to improve the CRM database and build richer client profiles.
- Ensure the database is accurate and up-to-date, logging calls, emails, and meeting information.
- Re-engage previous members and pursue lost sales opportunities to rebuild relationships.
- Understand customer trip needs and articulate options that best suit their requirements.
- Maintain ongoing customer contact post-sale for effective account management.
- Provide weekly & monthly KPI reports, including lead source tracking, activities, and deals closed.
Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
- Previous sales experience in inbound or outbound selling.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce & Salesloft) and sales pipeline management.
- Comfortable presenting and selling to HNWI and C-suite executives.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
