Your Responsibilities

- Align strategies with the Fleet Sales Director and Performance Manager for a unified approach to sales initiatives and client management.
- Seek and close sales opportunities within the global broker market and internal Direct Sales Team.
- Maximize on fleet revenue through booking trips in accordance with your Fleet KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients to maximize future revenue opportunities.
- Provide quotes to brokers and Direct Sales clients, followed by diligent follow‑ups to close deals.
- Manage client relations throughout the sales cycle, ensuring satisfaction from inquiry to postflight follow‑ups.
- Manage issues and complaints directly impacting trips within your fleet focus or managed accounts.
