The People Communications Channel Executive uses digital content, tools and strategies to attract potential candidates and engage internal colleagues. This role is the bridge between employer branding, recruitment marketing, and internal communication with a focus on driving interest in Vista as a great place to work.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver the digital marketing and communications efforts that support our hiring goals and employee experience initiatives.
- Plan and deliver digital recruitment campaigns (paid and organic) on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, X (Twitter), and Programmatic to attract candidates for specific roles or talent pipelines.
- Align campaigns with hiring priorities, workforce planning, and business needs.
- Manage internal communication campaigns for talent initiatives such as early careers, onboarding, referrals, and values.
- Ensure cohesion between internal and external messages across all people-facing digital platforms.
- Support people-related outreach activities such as career fairs and hiring events.
- Plan and deliver compelling content that tells the story of the employee experience — culture, values, benefits, and day-to-day work.
- Work with employee ambassadors and hiring teams to bring the brand to life across internal and external platforms.
- Support the activation of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across both candidate and employee journeys.
- Enable and amplify employee-generated content, including testimonials, team highlights, and behind-the-scenes stories.
- Manage Vista’s social media presence for talent and careers including planning, scheduling, posting, and performance tracking.
- Help optimise internal people-facing digital channels, including Runway and digital signage.
- Partner with IT and product teams to enhance the reach, relevance, and user experience of internal tools.
- Maintain and optimise the careers website and campaign landing pages to ensure clarity, inclusivity, and SEO effectiveness.
- Contribute to internal campaign pages, manager toolkits, and knowledge-sharing hubs related to People initiatives.
- Track and analyse digital engagement across internal and external platforms — including campaign performance, channel reach, content interaction, and user behaviour.
- Use insights to optimise future activity and share learnings with stakeholders across Talent, People, and Marketing.
- Stay up to date on trends in recruitment marketing, employee engagement, content creation, and digital communication.
- Work with Talent Acquisition (TA), People/HR teams, Marketing/Brand, and sometimes agencies to align messaging and goals.
- Support large hiring initiatives such as internships, apprenticeships, and graduate hires.
- Support the strategic development of People Communications activities through research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
- Expertise in digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, X) and recruitment-focused campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms and email marketing channels (internal newsletters, candidate nurture flows, etc.).
- Proficiency in social media management, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms; ability to interpret performance data and optimise activity.
- Solid understanding of employer branding, EVP activation, and internal communications principles.
- Ability to manage and optimise digital platforms, including career sites, landing pages, and internal communication tools.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, IT, and external partners.
