Welcome to the Vista Finance Graduate Program based in Mayfair, London. Our three-year rotational program offers an unparalleled opportunity to delve into the diverse realms of finance while gaining access to senior leaders who will guide and inspire your growth. Our program offers you the chance to travel to financial hubs such as the United States and Malta, and an opportunity to study towards a professional finance qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA or CIMA). The graduate program is designed to give you exposure to the business and areas within finance with the ultimate goal of shaping you into a future financial leader. To enable this development, our graduates will have the opportunity to spend up to 12 months in three out of the six departments. This experience will not only help you expand your professional network but also enhance your financial expertise. The departments you could be working within are as follows. Corporate Finance – The Corporate Finance team is responsible for driving strategic projects and investor relations. The Corporate Finance team is responsible for managing relationship with external stakeholders and providing information regarding business performance and other affairs. Group Finance – Responsible for preparing all actual financial information for the Group, including quarterly financials which form part of our bond reporting, annual audited financial statements, stand-alone entity financials and the required compliance for legal entities across the group. Financial Planning & Analysis – The purpose of FP&A is to provide decision-makers with the information they need to make informed financial decisions and includes a variety of activities, such as planning and budgeting, forecasting, flash and KPI reporting and business partnering key stakeholders across the business (Commercial, Operations and SG&A). Operational Finance – Strategic oversight of finance operations including Accounts Receivable (AR). Working alongside our sales team, our AR team is responsible for billing and cash collection from our clients. Financial Risk & Control – The risk, control, and internal audit team monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal controls, how well the business is managing its risks, and whether there are any improvement opportunities in its ways of working. Global Tax – The Global Tax team is responsible for managing tax risks and compliance in all jurisdictions Vista operates in, including management and resolution of tax audits with respective tax authorities.
