Job Summary We\’re in search of a versatile Creative Technical Producer who thrives in a multi-faceted role. This individual will handle the construction and content management of Creative Platform projects & products. While direct development is not a requirement—thanks to our proprietary CMS—a deep appreciation for coding and design is crucial. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for UX-driven web design and a proven track record of technical problem-solving experience on web-based projects, to apply to areas such as site content management, CSS styling, SEO development, domain setup and debugging QA. We are looking for an adaptable individual who is comfortable learning new skills regularly while handling multiple streams of work, to consistently deliver high quality online destinations. This role requires you to come into the office in Hackney Wick on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Key Responsibilities: Website Development & Optimisation: Execute the setup, customisation, and maintenance of creative websites using Powster\’s CMS, ensuring functionality aligns with creative vision and user experience standards Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with development teams to ensure timely solutions Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, producers, designers, and developers to achieve project goals, communicating requirements and supporting seamless project delivery Project Planning & Task Management: Scope and plan technical aspects of creative projects including feasibility of proposed technologies and build timelines Testing & Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on demos and deliverables, ensuring projects meet functional and visual standards before client review and launch Research & Development: Stay engaged with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating new tools and best practices to enhance creative project execution Requirements: Experience: Bachelor\’s Degree or 1+ year\’s experience in Digital Media, Web Development, or a related field – ideally as a Digital Producer, Technical PM, Digital Content Manager or similar Technical Skills: Strong foundation in HTML & CSS, and web standards such as Accessibility and SEO; able to adapt and apply technical knowledge to creative website builds and digital troubleshooting Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated experience in identifying technical issues early on and implementing robust, efficient solutions Communication: Clear and proactive in communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members; adaptable to the needs of different stakeholders Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with senior team members and project managers to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables Creative Eye: A strong sense of visual design that complements technical skills, ensuring that all websites and digital products meet the highest standards of aesthetics and user experience Nice-to-Haves: Experience with CMS platforms and/or digital product development An interest in digital marketing and entertainment, with insight into what makes interactive digital experiences effective Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially for web assets.
