Your Responsibilities
- Repairing lacquer finishes to a high cosmetic standard
- Spraying lacquer and refinishing interior components
- Sanding and polishing lacquered surfaces
- Repairing, applying and replacing laminate foil
- Removing and refitting aircraft cabin interiors
- Carrying out composite repairs
- Adjusting and aligning cabin fittings
- Working with basic hand tools and heavy workshop machinery confidently and safely
- Ensuring all work meets high quality and safety standards
- Completing tasks efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
- Experience in wood finishing, lacquer spraying, painting, laminating, or similar hands‑on practical trades
- Confident use of basic hand tools
- A keen eye for detail; perfectionist mindset essential
- Strong work ethic, flexibility and commitment to completing tasks effectively
- Positive attitude toward learning and self‑improvement
- Willingness and ability to travel and work abroad occasionally
- Physically capable of working within aircraft cabins (confined and awkward spaces)
