We are looking for a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join our independent, family-run Practice in Chelmsford. Vista Vets is a well-established, purpose-built small animal practice in Chelmsford with an outstanding reputation in the local community. We are proud to remain independent and family-run, offering personalised care to our clients and a supportive environment for our team.

This role would suit a proactive and caring vet who enjoys a varied caseload and values a great team dynamic.

About the Role
  • Full-time position – 4-day working week
  • 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
  • No out-of-hours or on-call
  • 15–30 minute consults with protected admin time
  • Mix of consulting and surgery – soft tissue and orthopaedics, depending on your interests
  • Supportive clinical environment – you will work alongside experienced certificate-holding vets, RVNs, and the client care team
