We are seeking a Full time Client Care Assistant/Veterinary Care Assistant to join our Independent and friendly vet practice team!
We are a family-run, progressive, independent small animal veterinary practice seeking an experienced Client Care Assistant/Veterinary Care Assistant to join us on full time basis.
This position would be well-suited to a bubbly, proactive individual who is passionate about high standards of client and patient care, enjoys working within a friendly and supportive team, and values client communication.
Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in practice, however this can be overlooked for the right applicant.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients and their pets
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via telephone, email and face to face.
- Manage direct and online client appointment requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Ensure client data is accurate and up-to‑date.
- Provide feedback to management on client service issues.
- Assisting the clinical team with in‑patients when required
- Helping to clean the practice to a high standard
- Working closely with the client and patient care teams to ensure the smooth running of the Veterinary clinic

Work-Life Balance:
