This is a full-time hybrid role located in Cardiff, with some opportunities for remote work. The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex IT projects, including technology deployments and store rollouts. Key responsibilities include managing teams, monitoring project timelines, liaising with clients and stakeholders, solving logistical challenges, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Project Management, including successfully managing end-to-end technology deployment and execution processes
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely and efficient progress of project milestones
- Proficiency in Inspection and quality assurance to maintain superior service delivery standards
- Expertise in Logistics Management, including resource allocation, coordination of teams, and maintaining smooth project operations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Familiarity with IT systems and retail technology is preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus
