We’re looking for an imaginative and organised Junior Multi-Media Artist to join our London-based Creative Department. You will be joining a small and friendly department of creatives with roles in project management, creative strategy, UX/UI design, AV & motion graphics and 3D production & animation; and will need to work closely with creative developers to deliver beautiful and functional digital experiences. This role reports into the department’s Creative Lead, with additional management support from the Creative Services Director, and is hybrid with 2 days per week in our Hackney Wick office (though you’re welcome to use the office more if you prefer).
What You’ll Do
- Pitch Work: Collaborate with the Creative Strategist & Creative Lead to bring creative concepts to life with awe-inspiring (and technically accurate) visuals that meet our varied clients’ objectives & brand requirements.
- Live Projects: Work closely under the direction of the Creative Lead to help bring projects to life. You will act as a versatile creative, jumping between disciplines to ensure every project is polished.
- Design & UI: Assisting with the visual execution of projects, ensuring UX flows are functional and UI details are applied consistently.
- Motion & Animation: Helping prep and animate assets to add movement and "flourish" to digital products, livestreams, and social content.
- 3D & Immersive: Aiding in the setup or organization of 3D assets for immersive sites.
- Production Support: Prepping, resizing, and optimizing assets across the board to help the wider team push projects through to delivery.
- Promotional & Awards Assets: Create simple yet beautiful promotional assets for Powster socials & website, client deliverables and awards submissions.
- Multi-tasking & Prioritisation: Ability to juggle tasks for a mix of projects at any given time, ensuring deliverables remain on schedule.
- Team & Stakeholder Communication: With support from the Creative Lead, articulate the reasoning behind your design, motion, and 3D work.
- Cross-functional Relationships: Build strong rapport across the business, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration in project delivery.
- Quality Control: Develop a sharp eye for design and motion by collaborating with the Creative Lead, designers and Technical Artist to review internal demos and live projects.
- Creative Input: Stay curious and engaged with the latest in digital and creative trends.
