Our Human Resources team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers in our Corporate & Technology teams and support them through the end-to-end recruitment process. Your Responsibilities

  • We’re looking for a recruiter that has experience of high-volume recruitment.
  • You will be working on hires globally, but mostly for our offices in London, Malta, Florida, Columbus and NYC.
  • Partnering with HR business partners, business leaders and hiring managers and advise on the best hiring strategy.
  • Write and manage job postings for the Vista website, job boards and social media.
  • Perform initial application screening, including first-stage telephone interviews, in line with the hiring manager’s brief.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process and act as their point of contact throughout.
  • Perform salary benchmarking exercises and lead offer negotiations.
  • Contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency in our recruitment process e.g. talent pooling and better use of recruitment tools.
  • Collaborate with our Talent Sourcing Team on headhunting, pipelining and talent-pooling recruitment leads.
  • Collaborate on the development of Vista’s Employer Brand and messaging.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Experience recruiting corporate and technology roles, at all levels.
  • Experienced recruiter that has worked on high volume recruitment, either in-house or for a recruitment company.
  • You have worked with an applicant tracking system (we use iCIMS), CV databases and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience recruiting internationally – ideally across Europe and the USA, would be an advantage.
