Commercial Managers support our Program Sales Vice Presidents to identify and capitalise opportunities to maximise revenue, reporting to VP Commercial Strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Work hand in hand with Sales Vice Presidents in Region to develop and execute account management strategies to maximise retention.
- Track Member pacing and flight activity to identify add-on, upsell and early renewal opportunities.
- Address and mitigate risks.
- Leverage commercial tools to increase conversion of Member quotes.
- Monitor agreement anniversary and payment dates to ensure smooth transition.
- Identify strategic customer referral opportunities.
- Act as the key point of contact for Billing and Accounts Receivable to support on queries and payment resolution.
- Meet with Client Services Directors and Program Sales Vice Presidents to discuss and strategise on operational and commercial matters pertaining to Members.
- Work with Private World and Marketing teams to optimise Member engagement.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Experience in account management, customer success or business development role.
- Experience in private or business aviation will be an advantage; however, it is not essential.
- Advanced interpersonal skills and proven relationship-builder. You are professional, articulate and possess a natural gravitas that enables you to influence effectively at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and advanced analytical skills, enabling you to work with data to identify opportunity and risk, formulate solutions and make recommendations.
- Works with exact accuracy and maintains thorough attention to detail even when working under pressure.
