Your Responsibilities
- Lead the project management, commercialisation, and delivery of the Vista AF Corse World Endurance Championship (WEC) racing team and support Sponsorships projects with a focus on day‑to‑day communication, event planning and execution, and various marketing activations.
- Deliver a Vista hospitality suite in three European rounds and a smaller‑scale guest program at the other WEC races.
- Manage agency and supplier relationships, keeping them accountable for key deadlines and deliverables.
- Manage day‑to‑day communication with Sponsorships main point of contact to ensure satisfactory rights and asset delivery.
- Manage planning and execution of Sponsorship events for UHNW clients, delivered to the Vista event guide standard.
- Plan and deliver exceptional guest programs for UHNW clients, including bespoke itinerary for guests.
- Develop return on investment strategy and report on learnings and figures, tracked via Salesforce, after each event.
- Manage development of marketing materials to support Sales outreach to clients (e.g., invitations, CRM).
- Lead detailed pre and post‑event meetings with Sales outlining the key opportunities available and record successes and learnings.
- Lead the delivery of the promotional plan for the Vista AF Corse WEC team across various marketing and communication channels (e.g., press, digital, influencers, side events).
- Coordinate content capture and delivery for each race.
- Support on the design and approvals of Vista branded assets relating to the Vista AF Corse race team, covering but not limited to team wear, livery, livery reveal activation and garage branding.
- Leverage partner and influencer relationships to promote the team.
- Liaise with AF Corse on driver‑related inquiries.
- Organise side events for UHNW clients, as required.
- Manage a complex network of key internal and external stakeholders.
- Event support for Global Partnerships & Events team, as required.
- Perform any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Experience in a racing (or other sporting) hospitality environment is critical.
- Project management and event expertise is critical.
- Experience working with luxury brands and UHNW clients is preferred.
- Proven track record of efficiently and successfully organising multi‑layered, multi‑fasceted projects.
- Proficient in communicating with and managing various stakeholders.
- Comfortable onboarding and managing various suppliers.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Available for international travel to most World Endurance Championship races and other events, as required.
