Grantley Hall has a full-time vacancy for a new Breakfast Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of breakfast and lunch on a day to day basis
- Ensure all Hygiene, Health and Safety legislations are followed within the restaurant
- Work with the breakfast chef to deliver and efficient and friendly service
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by requesting feedback and evaluating service levels within the restaurant.
- Oversee the cleaning of the restaurant
- Ensure that staffing levels and wage costs are kept in line with the business
- As Breakfast Manager you will be responsible for directing the food and beverage operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment
Key Skills, Qualities & Experience
- A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
- For this role of Breakfast Manager, you must have current restaurant or breakfast supervisor experience, this is a busy operation and requires experience of working in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and management skills.
- The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results
- Hands on approach to work, always being productive and looking to improve
- Detail orientated and drives standards
- Effective communication both written and spoken within and between departments.
- Possess a positive attitude and a desire to learn
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Friendly, courteous and helpful with excellent communication skills
- Motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues
- Use of own initiative with willingness to go above and beyond in supporting the wider Grantley Hall team

Salary: Competitive rate of pay plus monthly tronc typically Β£3,400 annually
