We're looking for a confident, commercially minded Key Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of established clients.
The role:
- Build strong relationships with key client accounts
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention and engagement
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue across your portfolio
- Re-engage previous clients and win back business
- Attend quarterly client meetings and site visits
- Share client feedback to support product development
What we're looking for:
- Experience in account management or client-facing sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, results-driven mindset

What you'll earn:
- £28,000–£35,000 basic (DOE)
