The Opportunity
We’re looking for a confident, driven, and results-focused B2B Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by success and earning potential. What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth across multiple industries and markets.
- Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and video calls
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to each client’s needs and business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including business owners, directors, and senior stakeholders
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process from first contact through to negotiation and closing
- Develop customised proposals and solutions that clearly communicate value and ROI
- Confidently handle objections and negotiate terms to secure deals
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs, revenue targets, and activity metrics
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline management using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (account management, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade
- Confidence in handling objections and negotiating effectively
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven mindset
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Experience using a CRM system (preferred but not essential)
