We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service to maximise revenue and retention.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
- Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

Earning Potential
- £28,000 - £32,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission structure, monthly and quarterly bonuses
- Realistic OTE of £36,000 - £38,000+
