We’re hiring a Key Account Manager | Full-Time | On-Site | Cosham, Portsmouth

Looking for a role where you can build strong client relationships, grow accounts and be rewarded for your results? Visitor Chat is the UK’s leading live chat provider for the Automotive and Estate Agency sectors, and we’re growing fast across the UK, USA and beyond. We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Key Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of established clients.

The role

  • Build strong relationships with key client accounts
  • Ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention and engagement
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue across your portfolio
  • Re-engage previous clients and win back business
  • Attend quarterly client meetings and site visits
  • Share client feedback to support product development
