Experienced Care Assistant - Sheffield

At Visiting Angels, we are looking for a compassionate, experienced Care Assistant to provide support to a male client with complex needs. This role involves early mornings, evenings, and weekends, and offers a rewarding opportunity to build lasting relationships and provide quality care., As a Visiting Angel, you will be an essential part of a person-centred care team, building meaningful relationships with clients and their families. You will make a difference in someone’s life by offering companionship, personal care, and support., * Providing companionship and building relationships

• Assisting with personal care (showering, bathing, toileting)

• Aiding with mobility around the home and outings

• Administering medication

• Light housework and food shopping

• A full UK driving license and your own reliable transport

• Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)

• Compassionate and empathetic nature with the ability to form strong relationships

• Tracheostomy trained

• PEG feeding trained

• Cough Assist trained, You are caring, with great listening skills and an outstanding ability to show empathy. You will approach care as if it is personal, always putting the client’s needs first.
