The Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and live life on their terms. You’ll build meaningful relationships whilst delivering compassionate, person-centred care that makes a genuine difference every day.

What You’ll Do
- Direct Care & Support - Provide personal care including assistance with hygiene, dressing, feeding and daily living tasks according to their individual Person Centred Care Plans
- Quality & Safeguarding - Put clients' best interests at the heart of what you do, following the quality and safeguarding processes for which you receive training
- Teamwork & Development – work across single and double runs, working closely and supported by your head office team

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Eager for personal and professional growth

Practical Requirements
- Ability to travel between client locations throughout the day
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
- Committed to completing mandatory training to maintain best practice
