CARE MANAGER WANTED – FUTURE REGISTERED MANAGER!

Visiting Angels – Warwickshire (Office based in Henley-In-Arden covering South Warwickshire, Solihull, Redditch & Bromsgrove)

Starting Salary: £28,000+ (Inc on-call) plus a bonus scheme

Are you an experienced care professional looking to step into management? We’re seeking a Care Manager with leadership ambition, experience using Birdie, and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).

What we’re looking for:

A dedicated care professional with previous management experience

Strong leadership skills to support and develop our amazing Angel caregivers

Solid understanding of CQC regulations & compliance to ensure top-quality care

Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)

A driver with access to a vehicle (travel required)

A problem-solver, a motivator, and a champion of quality care
