Key responsibilities
We offer person centred care packages tailored to suit each individual taking into account what their preferences and needs are, such as:
- Providing essential personal care to clients in a respectful, dignified manner.
- Offering emotional support and companionship, building trust and meaningful relationships.
- Assisting with everyday tasks, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Supporting with medication reminders and personal hygiene routines.
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the people you care for.
- Carry out spot-checks, monthly audits.
- Carry out field competencies on new staff.
- Training and induction of new staff members.
- Care plan and reviews, as well as carrying out new client assessments.
- Ensure that care is of high standards in the field and liaise with the Care Manager and Registered Manager.

- Must have Field care supervisor experience, minimum of 1 year.
