- Support the daily well-being of our Angels, ensuring they are supported throughout their day
- Identify daily challenges faced by our Angels and propose solutions to remove barriers to providing the best care possible
- Assist in ensuring safe and effective care is provided to all Clients for whom Visiting Angels is responsible
- Work in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Manager, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and accepted best practices
- Provide leadership to Visiting Angels Senior Caregivers and Caregivers
- Create and maintain a culture of performance and excellence
- Promote and implement Visiting Angels’ policies and procedures
- Maintain care and management skills at the current level and undertake necessary training and development
- Ensure Supervision and Annual Reviews are conducted for all Senior Caregivers and Caregivers at specified intervals
To ensure clients have a lifestyle according to their wishes, making it as meaningful and purposeful as possible.
- Ensure all Clients have a person-centered Care Plan reflecting their personal needs, wishes, and aspirations, promoting a culture of person-centered care planning
- Visit Clients regularly
- Complete audits such as Care Plans, Risk Assessments, Daily Records, etc.
- Protect Clients’ rights
