Visiting Angels Northern Ireland is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our Belfast-based team. You will lead our Caregivers, work closely with the Registered Manager, and ensure every client receives safe, person-centred care.
You will manage your own caseload of clients and staff, make day-to-day decisions, and shape how care is delivered on the ground with support from a dedicated team. There is on-call and occasional evening/weekend work.
