Visiting Angels Northern Ireland is looking for an experienced Care Manager to join our Belfast-based team.

We're expanding our operations and growing our team, and this role sits right at the heart of how we deliver care leading our Caregivers team, working closely with our Registered Manager, and making sure every client gets the safe, person-centred care they deserve.

This is a genuine leadership role and a great opportunity to grow with us as we expand.

You'll be trusted to manage your own caseload of clients and staff, make day‑to‑day decisions, and shape how care is delivered on the ground backed by a supportive team who'll invest in your development.

About The Role

Day to day, you'll oversee care delivery across your caseload conducting spot checks, supervising and supporting Senior Caregivers and Caregivers, reviewing and auditing care plans and risk assessments, and visiting clients to make sure their care is still right for them.

You'll be the first point of contact when something needs attention, whether that's a client's changing needs, a staff performance issue, or a safeguarding concern, and you'll be supported by the Registered Manager and Managing Director throughout.

As we grow, there's genuine scope for this role to grow too taking on more responsibility as our client base and team expand.

You'll also play a key role in inducting and developing new staff, handling complaints with openness and care, and helping us keep getting better at what we do.

This role includes participation in the on‑call rota and occasional evening/weekend work, with flexibility on both sides.
