Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a dedicated and motivated Registered Care Manager to join our team.

The Role: You will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and development of our domiciliary care service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, safeguarding, and staff support are maintained at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager or senior management role within domiciliary care
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Passion for delivering high‑quality person‑centred care
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, professionals, and the local community
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required
