Location and Ways of Working We follow the principle of “Locate for your Day,” allowing employees to choose their work location based on business needs. Most roles are primarily remote, but face-to-face interaction is valued. Our main office is at Victoria Square House in Birmingham, with a small presence in Central London. Employees are expected to commute to Birmingham at their own expense, with travel costs for additional travel reimbursed. Main Purpose of the Role We seek a detail-oriented finance professional to lead our year-end accounting close and ensure accurate statutory accounts compliance. You will manage the submission of BTA’s CLoS returns and statutory reporting to DCMS, and coordinate external audits with the NAO. Key Responsibilities Lead year-end accounting and statutory reporting processes. Prepare and submit CLoS returns and reports to DCMS. Coordinate external audits with the NAO. Ensure UK VAT compliance. Support the preparation of UK and overseas corporation tax returns with external consultants. Provide strategic tax advice on domestic and international liabilities. Oversee fiscal operations across international jurisdictions to ensure compliance. Please refer to the detailed job description for more information.
