WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the renowned visitor attraction and wetland reserve in Slimbridge, Gloucestershire. You will drive performance, manage a dedicated team of over 60 staff and 250 volunteers, and shape the centre’s strategy to deliver financial, visitor engagement and conservation objectives.
You will oversee masterplanning, collaborate with senior leaders, and ensure excellence across trading, admissions, learning.
