Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our remote team. The Product Designer (UX/UI) will shape the strategic, user-centered direction of our platform. You are a dedicated builder with a strong design point of view, a deep empathy for users, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities

  • Advocate for exceptional, customer-centric experiences across all Visit.org products
  • Own large portions of complex products and provide leadership on UX/UI design for new and existing initiatives
  • Define product and design requirements and translate them into clear workflows and user journeys
  • Design detailed interactions and high-fidelity user interfaces
  • Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with high quality and fidelity
  • Own, evolve, and maintain the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products
  • Conduct user research and interviews to identify insights, validate assumptions, and inform product strategy
  • Translate user and business insights into user stories, product requirements, and business cases
  • Develop interactive prototypes to explore multiple UX/UI concepts and iteratively refine solutions
  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are responsive across devices and browsers
  • Solve complex user problems with clarity, simplicity, and strong usability principles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes
  • Clearly articulate, defend, and iterate on design and product decisions using data and user insights
  • Lead and participate in design reviews, providing constructive UX/UI feedback throughout the development lifecycle

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product, UX/UI, or related design roles
  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong experience across UX, UI, visual design, and interaction design
  • Proven track record of designing and launching products
  • Proficiency with Figma and other modern interface design tools; Bachelor's degree or design bootcamp certification preferred
  • Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology
