Day to day responsibilities
- To be responsible for the day to day running of the water sports continuously providing warm hospitality.
- Ensure that the operational procedures are adhered to at all times.
- To be responsible for the health and safety of guests utilising the water sports equipment.
- To assist with the maintenance of all water sports equipment.
- To take part in training as required, ensuring that the appropriate standards are upheld.
- To do daily, weekly and monthly checks on all water sports equipment.
Qualifications and experience
- You will be an enthusiastic individual, passionate about your craftsmanship.
- Ideally you’ll have a RYA powerboat L2 as well as paddle board and kayak knowledge.
- We are looking for someone with experience in RYA Safety Boat, first aid and a Full Driving License.
- Holding a BCAB paddle sports instructor qualification would be ideal.
- You’ll naturally be able to provide excellent guest service always following our value of warm hospitality.
- You’ll have proven experience of meeting guest requirements and going that extra mile.
- It will be valuable to be extremely knowledgeable about the local area and be able to communicate with confidence.
- You’ll have proven experience of managing emergency situations on the water.
