About the role
As a Boat Hirer, you’ll be part of the team responsible for supporting customers hiring our self‑drive motorboats and traditional rowing boats.
Your role will include:
- Greeting customers and explaining how the boats work
- Assisting with safe boarding and disembarking
- Providing safety guidance and answering visitor questions
- Managing equipment and ensuring boats are clean and ready to use
- Helping to keep the hire area tidy, organised, and welcoming
It’s an active, outdoor role where you’ll be right at the heart of the lakeside experience.

We are recruiting for full‑time and part‑time positions.
