Grasmere’s boutique bed and breakfast hotel is a warm and welcoming home away from home for all guests wanting to be right in the heart of the Lakes. We specialise in doing the simple things beautifully, in a unique and luxurious setting.
Our General Assistant will enjoy providing outstanding customer experiences in housekeeping, breakfast and reception. Be flexible and be seeking an opportunity to develop and broaden their hospitality skills. Responsibilities within the business will include; welcoming guests, cleaning and caring for the rooms and public areas and preparing food and drink for guests, check-in and out guests. As part of our close-knit team you will be a highly valued member with the ability to develop and learn about many aspects of the business.

The working hours will be 35 hours per week spread over 5 days, which might increase during busy periods to 40 hours. Shifts will be for instance 7.30/8am-4pm and from 12/2pm-8/9pm.
We are a personality driven business and full training will be given.
